I’ve really been impressed when I was researching it. It’s a crypto friendly account, which has exceptionally competitive fees, provides the market rate exchange rate, and a good user interface. It supports Bitcoin, Ethereum, Ripple and an ever growing list of other cryptocurrencies. It’s definitely the best bitcoin debit card available in the UK and Europe.

Today i want to tell you something about the Wirex EUR VISA card. I was searching for a good crypto credit card for a long time, so i decided to test the WIREX card. I wanted to have a VISA card, because it has the best acceptance. WIREX EUR is using VISA as provider, thats the first advantage of this card. Second pro criteria is the cashback system, i really like to get a discount on my purchases. I don't use credit cards to withdraw money on ATMs very often, so the withdrawal limit

Visa as a card provider was their best shot.

I have not used personally the Wirex card but I know 3 people have the Wirex card. The real use case and low fees make it an unbeatable, I will try to order it last time. Last time when I tried to order, the system behaved strangely and the order was not accepted. I have used crypto debit cards of other crypto companies. The other card providers are Unioinpay Global or UnionPay China. The UP cards are not accepted by the post terminals in my country but the Wirex card has done an amazing job…

Wirex - Simple and convenient

One of the first crypto-card providers on the market, Wirex is for sure a serious player. The service is cheap and easy to use, and everything works as it should. Although I had a few minor issues (slight delays when exchanging cryptos), overall it offers a great user experience and a convenient way to spend your cryptos.

  • Simple, no-nonsense interface
  • Convenient (multi-cryptos) and fast
  • Crypto-back program (you get small amounts of Bitcoin for each card payment at physical stores)
Cons
  • Not a true direct crypto-card (you need to manually exchange your cryptos to fiat, then transfer the fiat to your card to use it)
  • Limits on Visa card are not very high, like 250$/day on ATM (and no way to increase them that I know of)
