This is a pioneering card, it was one of the first to take out a Bitcoin debit card with a direct bitcoin wallet.
The card is affiliated with the standard set of fees, such as an annual collection fee that does not apply during the first year of use. Withdrawals at ATMs have a usage surcharge and their fee is higher and for not using it generates a penalty fee or tax on the card itself. This came with many problems to the market as the brand of it or the late arrival.
