Happy Schedule - Great tool when managing teams

I have worked with this software for about 6 months now. It's been amazing so far and has helped my productivity immensely! I really recommend anyone who wants an effective scheduler try out happy schedule. The scheduling process seems seamless even for those who are new users of this type of program. So far there isn't anything i haven’t liked so would highly give it another shot if you are thinking about giving some form of this to your employees. One thing they need to consider maybe adding…

Best scheduling tool for freelancers & contractors

The most amazing part of happy schedule is its user interface, which is very intuitive and simple to understand with multiple options like daily reports etc., I have used this software since last two years from my previous organization but never faced any issue or downtime during usage. Since i am moving to another organization so there was no option to get feedback about their services before migrating. So after migration process took place i felt bit nervous as they won't provide me the same…

The most powerful team management software - hands down

I love how flexible this was when setting up my agents' schedules vs other programs out there (such as Zendesk). It's not intuitive but they are working hard making improvements! They've been adding more features all along so you can see if something will be useful or maybe even necessary long term? The benefits of being able realize what works best with our team versus trying things one by one before switching over completely were invaluable during training time - no need to spend hours/days…

Happy Schedule is a great app to use if you want to track time off.

I like that I can schedule my times off, and it keeps track of all of my time off. I can also use the app and it is very user friendly. I dislike that when I go through the app for the first time it takes a while to load, and it is sometimes hard to find things. I also dislike the fact that it is a little confusing when you are trying to figure out how to use it. I am able to schedule my time off with no problems. Great way for centralized management over several locations

I love how easily you can schedule employees with different times zones (i.e., Europe time) so they have enough flexibility not only during their normal 8 hours of working but also when traveling or going home between 10 pm - 7 am! The software allows me see what tasks are left unfinished by my team members which helps keep everyone accountable. For example if one employee has something due this week then i would be able to check his/her status from anywhere since everything gets synced…
