Not so with the size.

I have an Anderson Metals brass tube fitting, reducing hex nipple, size 1/2" male x 1/4" male to fit it to my Paasche compressor because it fits. was defective and finally blew me away. This item has arrived and the 1/2" side has a 5/8" ID therefore the outside diameter is larger, due to physical reasons. So not even close to 1/2 inch, whichever way you look at it.

Timely delivery and accurate product

brass fitting required to connect my Weber E-310 grill to the patio gas connection. I tried Home Depot and Lowe's but they didn't have the exact nipple size I was looking for. And out of disappointment I turned to Amazon and voila, after 2 days I was already grilling doner kebabs and entertaining guests. I don't know why I bothered with regular stores at all. Exact size item was delivered within a few days. All 5 stars for easy search and ordering and timely delivery.

does not work under faucet

page 3/8 does not fit. Under the bathroom sink, the water supply line had this weird one-piece supply line that connects to 1/2", but the faucet needs a 3/8 Comp (aka 9/16-24 UNEF) to connect to the water line You may think you need a 3/8" to 1/2" male brass converter, but apparently there are different types of 3/8. It doesn't work - the 1/2" side was ok, but the 3/8" side was completely wrong. Search Amazon for 3/8" OD x 1/2 NPT if you are looking for that under sink part. .
