Strong adhesive, easy to use

I recently tried an epoxy adhesive for an industrial project and was impressed with the strength and ease of use. Based on my experience, this product is a reliable choice in the Adhesives & Sealants category. It held up well under stress and cured quickly, making it a time-efficient solution. While it did have a strong odor during application, the results were worth it. Pros: Strong bond, easy application. Cons: Strong odor during application.

Pros
  • Provides excellent adhesion to concrete surfaces
Cons
  • Requires special application tools for proper installation

Thin but strong and (relatively) fast

I've used a similar product for years because it's the only product that has demonstrated the fast drying time and durability I need in a warehouse floor. Although this CSR dries slightly slower (about 60 minutes before the forklift starts compared to 20 minutes with the 3M product), this product is strong enough to be used in most locations. It's a very thin consistency compared to 3M, so it's not as good for filling gaps around dock leveler pits, but it's half the price and is a goodโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Not sure

This works great, but read this before using!

I have used other products from the company on a large project to restore a staircase and fill in some of the control joints. Epoxy is very thin (like water) and cures like stone. I patched a few thin cracks and learned something. Go ahead and prep any cracks you want to make as it will start to harden fairly quickly (even in the die) if you need to do anything between cracks. Make sure all areas are completely dry. Two of my cracks were wet; the mixture bubbled slightly on hardening. Where itโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Easy setup
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.
