Works with door hardware and locks

Easy installation. and good and strong. I think some others might be even stronger. But I also think the villain could throw a brick at the door if he was really determined to go in. Therefore, this is a major obstacle and not an absolute guarantee. In that sense I am very happy with this purchase.

Ideal! Get the job done easily! The Lakeside Collection "amazes " again.

Like a dowel bar, it works great by simply fitting into the rail. No need to try to prop it up higher on the door. It doesn't even have to be the right length. The robber can move the door a little, but no more. I am very happy with this purchase!

Great product, works well!

Anyone who says this product doesn't work is using it incorrectly. Adjust it to fit snugly in the doorway, then twist to tighten the length. It is extremely strong and durable when used properly, and is also lightweight and easy to remove when you need to rush out the door. Buying another one for our basement!

Great product

I finally found something to protect my grandkids from my backyard pool. It works exactly as described. I've tried other products to find something that works. I didn't have to drill any holes in my new sliding glass doors which is a plus and nothing tends to slip and snag like some other products. I keep it upstairs so they can't reach it.
