Works well so far. 4/5 stars for less than stellar leadership. Pairing with a Windows 10 PC is pretty painless. You need to find a way to increase the idle time before turning off the device, or find a setting to manually turn off the device.

Surprisingly easy setup. Box opened, included cable plugged into the base, the other end into the computer's USB port. I took the scanner and placed it in the base. The scanner started loading immediately. In minutes it was charged and ready to scan. I took it out of the holder, tested it, it works perfectly. Great product and most importantly GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I bought 3 of these barcode readers and had an issue with some barcodes where they ran a weird code when scanned and corrupted the POS system. I contacted Symcode customer service and in less than 24 hours Mr. Carl contacted me and I explained the problem to him.
