Overall binance is by far one the highest efficient exchanges being in slight competition to all the others so in conclusion i reccomend binnace to be used by traders for good service

Pros
- Binance has great customer service. Very prompt and quick resolution. It has a low fee than most of the exchanges and even lower fee if you hold BNB. It is good to see an exchange coming forward and reimbursing the clients even when the exchange is not a fault during a hack.
Cons
- The user interface is not easy to navigate. Some of features that bring a lot of value are hidden from the users. Help pages are difficult to find, leading to waste of time in searches. Submitting requests can be made simpler
