Review on Bitget by Alessandro Pilotto

I only had issues with Bitget so far and decided to withdraw all my funds and go elsewhere. I am a Binance and FTX trader and wanted to test this platform for leverage and copy trading.



With Bitget, I had issues converting cryptos and following copy-traders. I have reached out twice to support in the past week without solving anything.



I've noticed that the support struggle to speak English and didn't provide any relevant info to solve my issues. Instead, they copy-pasted links to their articles that were not relevant to my initial query. When I asked to please reply to my initial question they replied "cannot help" and ended the chat.



Is this the way THEY would like to be treated? When comparing the support to other exchanges there is NO COMPARISON. Bitget is a small, still unknown exchange that has a lot of work to do to be even compared to top-tier exchanges! Do not trust this exchange, they don't care about you.. just about your money!
