One of the worst exchanges I've ever used
I started using this exchange back when it had deposit fees and you could only buy and sell BTC in multiples of 0.01, which sounds absurd, no doubt.
The good thing is, this does not seem to be the case anymore! Deposit fees are gone! Selling and buying is easier! But... it's still very bad.
The withdrawal fees are the highest I've encountered on any exchange ever. I have had some BCH balance sitting there for an entire year because their fees are so high it's impossible for me to get it out. For context, they charge 0.045 BCH in fees to withdraw it. This is about $15 at the time of writing in FEES ALONE!
Like, W-Wha?! Who thought this was a good idea?! BCH is known for having very low fees so this is just one bad joke.
My experience with their support has not been positive either, took them 2 days to answer a simple question about invalid address formats and "feedback".
Pros
- Offers some coins not found anywhere else
- Has improved a little bit over time
Cons
- Incredibly high withdrawal fees, infamous for highest withdrawal fees
- Very high minimum trade
- Support team is slow
- Shady in general
