I got to know about this exchange from Revain itself, I proceeded to using this exchange. When I registered I was only enquired of my username, email, password and an optional code. Then I had to confirm my humanity by passing the reCaptcha test, after this a verification mail was sent to me. I really looked up to trading with this exchange. Among the cryptocurrencies traded here include: BTC, USST, ETH, BCH, LTC and a host of others. This exchange is well advanced and complicated hence I don't really recommend it for beginners. This exchange charges users with the flat fee model, here the users are charged 0.15% as makers and takers this is well below the average fees charged(0.2%-0.25%). The web layout is not straight forward, some icons have to be clicked alot of times before they respond this has negatively affected my user experience with this exchange. The withdrawal limits usually differs as they different types of accounts, the new account, basic account and the advanced account each having their own withdrawal limits. It seems like there are sometimes that the KYC verification doesn't go through, I have tried verifying my account but it didn't go through, maybe it's due to the layout of the exchange. The KYC verification was however successful after I tried some days later. I was just inquired of a legal document like my passport. The KYC verification doesn't however take much time as I thought. The support offered is actually the first of its kind, before you make a complaints, you have to provide your email, rate the importance of your request, what the request is related to, the subject and the message itself. I haven't had any reason to seek help but my next update will be about the customer support and the airdrops.
