Hacked. Over 1 month. NO REFUND, NO TIMELINES, NO PROGRESS, NOTHING
Awful. I wish I had ever used it.
The way they "handle" (they don't - no progress, silence, empty slogans and promises) the hack is disgusting:
Bans on telegram.
BS PR (propaganda on twitter)
they give bonuses to new customers while thousands of ppl still didn't get their money back.
No timelines, no substantial info - empty words and typical corporate language.
They boast about how many projects are "recovered" while it's not their merit! The project who performed a fork are "recovered" = full responsibility and decisions of crypto teams.
Non-existend "insurance fund".
Other exchanges can refund in a few days, but not Kucoin.
They send their agents of propaganda to communities of people scammed by Kucoin.
NOTHING was done for projects that don't want to perform a centralised fork.
It's all such a waste of time and energy... The opportunity costs are huge and they cant be repayed.
