Kucoin is one of the few cryptocurrency exchanges I've used and by far, it's the best one. It is easy to use and understand, as well as extremely low fees compared to other exchanges like Coinbase. I'd been struggling with understanding trading before I discovered Kucoin. It made some of the specific vocabulary easier to understand. I must say, customer service is not the fastest - I had to contact them to resolve login issues due to losing my phone - it took 12 days in total to settle the inconvenience and quite a few hours between emails. Nevertheless, it was successful. There is one more thing unique about Kucoin - KYC(Know Your Customer) is not required for trading. You can use it without verifying your identity, which is convenient for people who don't trust large centralized exchanges. I am and will continue using Kucoin for trading, and you should consider it as well, especially if you're new to crypto.
