3M Drywall Sanding Sponge Medium Review

This worked well to fix two large holes in my wall. I used a large amount of putty to cover the two holes and used this sponge to sand down the dried putty. From all that was said and done, nothing could be said to have happened to the wall. This is a good inexpensive product for small repairs and for those who don't want to invest in an electric grinder.

I thought I had found the perfect solution for my little putty projects but it didn't work for me. I've puttyed up a few spots on the walls before painting them and I've heard you can use a damp drywall sponge to get the dust off. I wanted sandpaper that wasn't too good for use around the house. This sponge is exactly what I was hoping for. My current project is cleaning and replacing old felt pads in all of my kitchen cabinets and drawers. I needed something to remove old glue residue and small sticky bits of felt from doors/drawers. With the corner of this sponge I can gently sand away small spots of dirt, wipe clean and push in my new silicone bumpers. Dead easy! I am sure that I will find many other uses for this…
