Installed this sensor with a matching sensor in another manifold in my wife's 2008 Avalon. The engine control module generated a code indicating that one of the sensor heater circuits was not working. Overall a great deal from Revain. fast delivery. When I got under my car I finally replaced the bank 2 sensor 2 oxygen sensor. I noticed that the connections on the original sensor are not the same as on the Denso 234-4064. I had to cut the connector off the failed sensor and connect it to a new O2 sensor.
