It really works despite what people say. I almost gave up thinking it was too thin, but I put the thread in rose water for about three seconds and then pushed it through. It may seem awkward, but once you slip the tip through your back, it will pop, like an earring sometimes does, and you're done. If the tip is wet I use salt water for the rest of the spray or whatever because when it's dry it hurts a little. So spray! Blood and pus came out. It is very good .

I would rate it a 4.5/5. I liked it very much. 1) It's small (the whole box is smaller than my hand), 2) the cleaning solution doesn't have a strong odor (subtle rose scent), 3) and it definitely worked because my pierced ears usually get irritated when applied. earrings and when I put them on after cleaning it didn't hurt at all! 11.59/30=38.6 You spend about 39 cents cleaning a piercing (two holes since I pierced my earlobes).
