Perfect sticking and noting on surfaces

This is by far the best masking tape you can get. Be careful as 3M also makes another one under a slightly different name that has an embossed logo on it and doesn't take ink well for writing notes. Other things don't stick well at all. It has the perfect level of adhesion where it won't come off unless you specifically want to remove it. I use it all the time for a variety of purposes from writing notes to temporarily marking points. and draw.

More Than Just Painter's Tape

In case anyone hasn't used that blue tape, removable labels. The best chip clamp uses a bend in a strip about 3 inches long at one end, opening and closing 1/2 inch until the chips are gone. Glue the wood and it won't ruin the finish. Create a layout on the wall to hang 1 picture or a group. These are just some of the uses besides drawing edges. It's not a replacement for tape, but it has many other uses. love it

NO OTHER BRAND CAN COMPARE FOR TEACHERS!

With the blue band you get what you pay for. This is best for hanging pictures and the like in the classroom and leaves no residue when the work is peeled off. We often recycle parts every few weeks to save on usage, but after buying so many different brands to try and budget for tape and school supplies, we've learned that this is the best value . Honestly. who like to come into their classroom in the morning to find all their assignments on the floor. We had so many problems with other…

Don't bother with this junk, use a frog instead

Doesn't stick to walls, baseboards and door/window frames like other brands. The other day, before we started painting our new house, a friend brought us Frog Scotch. When we finished painting the first room and started stretching this tape, we noticed that there were several spots where this tape wasn't sticking well to the baseboards and the paint was seeping underneath. We worked really hard to get a good seal but this tape just doesn't stick. We haven't had any issues in other rooms where…

It does exactly what blue masking tape is supposed to do.

What can I say? It is nothing more than blue masking tape and does what blue masking tape has been doing since the introduction of blue masking tape. If you're a professional artist, you know what they're doing and where their limitations lie. If you are someone who thinks they are an artist and using this will get you a professional job such as: B. cutting clean lines, STOP! There are other tape products that are a better fit. Do your research and find out what this material can do, but more…

Best tape I've found

I've used a lot of tape and ScotchBlue is by far my favourite. Some other brands are too tight on the roll, making the outside of the tape sticky in texture. Other brands have poor adhesion, which allows paint to seep into areas that don't belong. Duck drawing tape comes to mind as one of my least favorites. It just doesn't stick to the wall, it keeps spinning and falling off. I've been doing a few painting projects at home recently, relying on my ScotchBlue for them. I did the lines in my…

Great painters tape - and has other uses

This blue tape is just beautiful. I use this all the time. 15 years used. I like it. Various masking tapes are currently available for painting work. Many are blue. You'll also find green, tan, tan, yellow, orange, etc. The special blue bands are usually overprinted so they can be distinguished from one another. I have used most of them. All of them have their uses. But this "original" blue ribbon is the one on my workbench, in my toolboxes, and even in my kitchen. Why kitchen? Because as a…
