Lightweight straps are a good price.

These straps offer very good value for money. I used them to seal a large bike box for an airplane check. I could have gotten a stronger strap to hold the canoe or kayak on the roof rack. They are ideal for lighter use.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Slightly wrinkled

To get proper perspective I would Thule OEM straps rate 5 stars. Please note that Thule straps are more than twice the price of these! However, I rate them 3 stars. The design of the retaining clips on them looks the same, but the quality is different. The SportRack -Clip takes two to four attempts to thread the strap through the locking clip (too thick to easily fit through the pulley space) My 9ft Thule straps only take one attempt to thread it. Don't worry, once the strap is threaded through

Pros
  • Ideal for a small home
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for the elderly

Without a doubt the best straps I have ever used

The material of the strap seems to be of a decent quality and keeps things in place. The buckles are tricky to use, needing to be fully undone to insert the strap and can be tricky with one hand. One of the vinyl covers came off after the second use, but for $6.95 there's nothing to complain about. Next time I'll take a different set of rubberized Yakima belts, without a doubt the best belts I've ever used.

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Weak

Functional but fairly poor quality

These straps work but barely. The part designed to protect your car from the buckle is very fragile. Two of them broke on first use. The second time I used them, the ends of the straps began to unravel. You will keep your kayak in your car but I think most of the other options would be much better. I've used Thule's classic blue straps with a rubber piece that slides over the buckle and I don't have a single complaint about that. I think that's what you get when you're trying to save a few…

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • Something different

These are really very good tapes. A little difficult to thread at first

These are really very good tapes. A little difficult to knit at the beginning. But scissors and flames solved that problem. I use them to tie my kayaks. They are perfect for work and the color goes well with my kayaks. I have to note. Which worries me when I read about people using these seat belts on the Autobahn. Yes, these straps hold your boat. But for God's sake. Please double seat belt on the highway. The last thing you want is for your boat to fly off and crash into another vehicle…

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Nothing here

Useful as a last resort, unacceptable for regular use.

Working as a family I was missing a set of straps when a kayak manufacturer I am associated with gave me a surprise bonus boat for my demo fleet. With cases full of belts (literally) at home, I ordered the cheapest belts I could find on Revain Prime. i understand why These polypropylene straps are loosely woven and will stretch horribly when riding or getting wet. Check them out often! The buckle is also disappointing, and as other reviewers have pointed out, the hole is so small that it's…

Pros
  • cool product
Cons
  • Clarity
