The installation instructions weren't very clear and concise, but I was eventually able to figure out how to attach the neck and base. To install the screws you need to remove the back of the neck - it's not in the appropriate place in the installation guide. I'm curious how long this will last. I took two of these while working from home. I am satisfied and would buy them again; You could just beat the price. They are both very thin and have a great form factor. Picture quality is good, but I'm not a gamer and I don't use it to watch movies. Only complaint is that when used on the included stands, one is 1/2 inch taller than the other, not sure why. Bought this monitor 3 years ago. I also have other brands. I wanted to compare my previous Zepter monitor to a similar one and found that it is still available. I know you can pay $300-$600 for a monitor but I'm wondering why. This monitor is thin, looks good and works great for my games. I LOVE this monitor, I had a 2012 Toshiba 18 inch TV, 60Hz, which was terrible in comparison, it's really amazing. As a software developer who uses a lot of monitors (but not a graphic artist) I don't see any advantage over other more expensive monitors of this size unless you need special features like a USB hub or speakers. This monitor is actually very good for what I paid ($100). The bezel is very thin (5/16 inch stainless steel bezel) and then maybe 1/16 inch compared to the active pixels of the LCD. The bottom bezel is completely flat except for the LED, which protrudes about 1/16 inch, but it's far enough back that these monitors can be stacked with no space between them and minimal bezel for the money.
