It's not as reliable as it should be. If you take a shovel and a heavy rake along with a few other tools, they're usually on the list. I think if it was wall mounted it would be more stable.

Yes, it works great and works exactly as it should. You have to push really really hard to get the bars in, harder than you would expect, but the bars go in, very tight and hold together well. You have to attach it to the wall or it will fall off, I just attached it to the wall with twine and it's holding up great. Follow the instructions and everything will be fine.

This tool rack is a waste of money. It is so thin and light that even with an ordinary broom it falls on its side. He will not be able to balance if the installed tool is more than a few inches higher than the rack. It can probably be used for things like screwdrivers, hammers, etc., but even then you'll need to press down on the underside to keep it from tipping over. Definitely not as practical as in the photo.

Many complain that this item is cheap and flimsy, which I partially agree with. However, in my opinion it gets the job done if you install it properly and attach it to the wall with a few (2) anchors and screws. I find that more than sufficient if it is attached to the wall, otherwise it would be completely useless. I've seen a few reviews suggesting this item is unreliable and cheap but I think it is is pretty good for a $15 item. . If you are concerned about stability, the manufacturer has provided some anchor bolts to stabilize this stand. I hope the manufacturer sees this and answers this question.
