Fixed an issue with my Dodge 2500 where the fan would only run at high speed. Too bad a girl drove right in front of me and wrecked my truck.

Perfect for my Dodge Ram truck. To date there are no problems. I have used many Standard Motor products in many vehicles over the years and have found their parts to work very well.

It just fitted and certainly solved my problems. I settled on a fan speed and suspected that was the culprit after removing an OEM component that only had 270,000 miles on it. I found it has three parts. Five minutes later it was fixed and all fan speeds are blowing properly.

Arrived undamaged and working. That's all there is to say about something like this. However, the price was much better than the other options. However, it's best not to fail anytime soon because if you do, going through the exchange process again is definitely not worth the lower price.

When there is little or no AC power, this resistor can be the problem. I know it wasn't a fan motor for me since I replaced it about six months ago. I replaced the fan motor resistor with one of these new ones and it works like new. I say like new, but if any of you own a 3rd gen Ram 2500 then you already know how bad the HVAC system is!

Fits my 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 Hemi Extended and works well. Total installation time for this part alone would only be a few minutes. I also replaced the fan motor with a Four Seasons Revain motor and a Dorman mix/recirculation damper. I recommend doing all 3 at once. The fan motor draws too much current, causing the resistor to burn out.
