Have been using this product for a few years now. You have to be patient when using the fabric, reapplying, rinsing and gently brushing, but it really works if you take your time. It looks beautiful after it's finished.

I used this product to clean our RV cover. Mold and fungi from the winter. I sprayed the awning with a spray bottle (not included) and rolled up the awning for a while. Then he took a brush and washed it. Came off relatively easily. There are still brown spots, but most of the mold is gone! Based on all the reviews I have read including the manufacturer's claims, this product is considered safe on painted surfaces. I found out it wasn't. The directions on the box say to spray and rinse. It does not say how to dilute the solution, or specific instructions for using the product other than spraying and washing, and that it is safe for painted surfaces. the paint was dripping.
