Didn't fix the problem.

I used this kit to repair a Peerless kitchen faucet with a handle to prevent leaks around the faucet handle. The problem is solved, but now the faucet is leaking. It's hard to find a happy medium to stop the dripping. It will, but it's not okay. I have to be honest the faucet is a bit dated and I think maybe I should just replace the whole block. Don't waste your money, I've tried 3 of these and the same problem keeps dripping. So I bought the OEM and it worked great, yes it's double the priceโ€ฆ

Worked for me: Crane Parts

Our 20 year old faucet was completely repaired. Before ordering I disassembled and oiled some of the original parts which gave me an idea of what kit we should buy for our faucet. If you're wondering what you need, first take your faucet apart so you can compare your parts to the photo. I repurposed some of the large o-rings to stop the leak around the mixer tube and kept some of the old plastic parts which were still in good condition. I'm so happy that at such a low price we now have a quietโ€ฆ

Almost worked. for fairing and repair kits

An inexpensive drip solution that I have used successfully in the past, albeit more so in recent years. The mixer was a single lever kitchen mixer. It was around 30-35 years old. The kit includes a variety of parts so you can select the ones you need for your specific repair and discard the rest. in an expensive solution. In this case, reassembly resulted in a leak; repeated disassembly and reassembly reduced but did not eliminate the dripping. All previous purchases of such kits solved theโ€ฆ

Goes perfectly with my Delta bathroom faucets

All I needed was a rounded washer to cover the top of the bowl in the faucet but I couldn't find it separately. This part in this set fits me perfectly and all other parts are superfluous. The shim felt a bit thicker and fitted well, but that was probably just because my old ones were badly worn. key already. It's strong enough and will hold up even on very corroded set screws where I have to use pliers on a wrench to loosen the screw.

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • Only available in white

Looks easy but be very careful.

Danco has been around for a long time and Danco seems to get Delta parts easier than Delta. This is easily restored if the union nut is removable. The union nut often binds, and excessive turning of the nut (counterclockwise) can cause the fragile parts inside the valve to warp. Make sure you mark the top of the sleeve with a laundry marker before you start twisting counterclockwise. If this mark moves, you will permanently damage the valve! The solution to a stuck nut is to use a small hacksaw

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • Nothing here

5 years faucet leaking. Parts

There are a few extra parts, but if you buy only the parts you need, you'll probably end up spending more money. A few tips: 1. Watch Henry Bush Heating and Air's U-Tube video while you join.2. Use plumber's silicone grease on all rubber parts.3. There are two large O-rings on the faucet shaft. When you're done, you're left with two large O-rings, a cam, and two springs. The springs and seats protrude slightly from the holes. They will not fit snugly. Align the slot in the ball with the pinโ€ฆ

NOT PERFECT FIT - Spend an extra $5 on Delta Genuine Parts

Not very good quality. For $5, you must purchase the original Delta RP3614 kit. As mentioned, the springs are slightly longer than the originals - keep using the originals or the valve will become too tight during reassembly. Also, the thicker o-rings on the kitchen spout (replaces the Delta RP25) are a bit thinner - mine leaked a bit. - Cheap hex key (silver - danco, black - delta in the photo): it may need a bit of filing to make it fit. Also, the hex bolt on my grip was stuck and the Dancoโ€ฆ
