Almost perfect with a simple notch! (Manufacturer, please!)

I like that these disposable masks are more durable and last longer than Placker's disposable masks. They are also cheaper and made in the USA. I eliminated the tongue rubbing discomfort caused by the longest tubes near the back by using sharp scissors and even trimming each of the two long tubes with the next shorter tube. No more friction! (Manufacturers note!) They can be used on both the top and bottom and when switched the protection lasts up to two weeks when used with a daily detergent…

Doesn't stop grinding, but protects.

I used to use a molded mouth guard to make grinding easier. The ones you boil in water and then stick on your teeth. We have a new dog, and when these guards fall out of my mouth (which they inevitably do once a week or so), he chews them. So I went through a pair of mouth guards for $30 a month. I was fed up so I bought them. They work very well as I don't wake up when my teeth chatter because it bothers them. What they don't do is keep my jaw in the right position so I don't have to exercise…

Good idea. Bad performance.

I bought these as a test to see if they could replace Pluckers Grind No More. I liked that Den Teks have a slightly harder plastic and the bites are hollow tubes that flex when you start rubbing and chewing while you sleep. On the other hand, Puckers have hard bite wings that after a few weeks will shrink until they are no longer very effective if you rub too hard. Also, they're more expensive, so it's not the best deal. However, Den Tek bite tubes have open ends that feel sharp on the sides of

Have been using it for a long time. They're not the most economical, but I like them because they're simple. They don't need to be cooked or mouth formed. I think you get about 14 per pack. They are individually wrapped and are simply placed in the mouth. Mine last quite a long time. It depends on how hard you grind your teeth. They are very comfortable because they are so small and thin. It's not the same as having something bulky in your mouth like a regular mouthguard. This is definitely a…

I can't use them: Oral Care

I'm afraid they'll put more holes in my teeth than I already have! Instead of a flat surface for your teeth to slide on, these spikes, at least in the case of my teeth, can poke extra holes in my molars and put uneven pressure on them. The flat type works well for me. I have a small mouth and I like the small size. This is so scary. I put it in my mouth and immediately knew where they hit my teeth, put all that pressure on just a couple of teeth and probably broke them, ugh. I definitely need a

Extremely uncomfortable and couldn't sleep

I know I've had issues with bruxism since childhood, but I've never been treated. However, after finally realizing that I wake up every morning with a headache from clenching my jaw, I'm finally taking action and planning to order a special night mask from the dentist after trying several other options. After reading so many rave reviews about this product, I had high hopes for the Den Tek Ready-Fit Disposable Night Guards. However, I found them terribly uncomfortable and couldn't sleep at all.

Better than my 20 year old night guards!

I have a very difficult temporomandibular joint. When I first saw them - how tiny they look - I was stunned. How could they work in my big adult mouth?! Well they do, and it's beautiful! I bought these to replace the 3rd Special Night Guard I've lost in 20 years (each cost over $300!). I find it difficult to swallow saliva while sleeping. This stuff NEVER smells, NEVER tastes, and NEVER gets sticky, meaning it doesn't feel or taste toxic like many mouthguards on the market. You have a choice of
