The mounting bolts are poorly designed and you need to figure out how to route them. I contacted the manufacturer about this and they basically told me Revain sold them so it's not their problem. I love mirrors but took hours to install due to finding studs and spacers to do a simple job. I wouldn't buy them again just because I got a response from the manufacturer.

I ordered a set and when it arrived the glass on the passenger side was cracked. I tried to contact the seller for a replacement lens but never got a response. I sent back the first set and ordered a second one as I went camping with my fifth wheel this weekend. Also, everything is working fine so far, I'm just waiting for the refund for the first set. Would give 5 stars with the best response time from the seller

Looks great, works as advertised. Well packaged and arrived undamaged. Installed on a 2008 Dodge Ram. Notes of my setup after watching the video. It is not necessary to completely remove the door panels. Remove the 4 Phillips head screws securing the door panel and lift slightly to access the mirror power connector and 3 nuts (10mm cut out and prevent the mirror from falling off). First they came to me within 2 days. They were packaged very professionally in beautiful packages with each mirror. Assembly was very easy for me and the fit was perfect. The OEM power cable connected without any problems and all functions worked properly. The only drawback for me were the grub screws that were too long, which only had half a thread on both sides. Got these for my 06 ram 2500 SLT. They work and are a good replacement but I thought they would be a good replacement for something a little better quality. The cleats provided were too long and could not be cut as there was only one inch thread on each end of the cleat and it took about an inch and a half of threads to screw in and have enough reach for the nuts. mount it on the truck.
