I ordered the SA438, 4x4 hoop for my Babylock embroidery machine. I only see one difference between the Babylock Hoop and the SA438. The baby lock shackle's set screw is slightly backed out, while on the SA438 it's parallel to the shackle, which doesn't cause me any problems. That works great.

I needed a 4X4 tire for my car. It was one of the best for the price and rating. Received within 2 days and used immediately. Works great with the caveat that it's a little tighter on the machine than the Brother brand tire. This is not a problem as it works fine. I think it's a great price for under $22. Branded Hoop Brother will be three times higher than that number.

I have a Brother Innovis embroidery machine and my machine did not come with a 4x4 hoop. I checked one out at a quilt store and almost died, they wanted $100 for it. I decided to search Amazon and found this way cheaper so I ordered it and it works great with my car. I will order the smallest size from her. I have no problem with putting the embroidery hoop on the machine sleeve and fixing it. The hoop is great for overalls, bibs, etc.
