In addition, they provide excellent customer service in terms of responsiveness when an issue arises or question comes up that's not addressed by your particular account manager; it can sometimes take several days before you receive a response from them (or never). I like that they are constantly looking at new ways of doing business, always trying to improve processes and procedures. They have some very good people in this department who will help you with any questions or concerns that arise. Their customer service team has been great as well! I like that they are proactive in finding solutions, not reactive as other companies can be sometimes! They have been very thorough with all of my questions/concerns so far - both during onboarding process & after being hired by them (which was about 1 month ago). They are very thorough, knowledgeable in the industry they work with and always up to date in new technologies that can help us streamline processes.
