an indispensable assistant in any construction!

An indispensable tool for any builder is the LEVEL. Lots of level options. There is a version in the form of a long tube, and at the edges there are two graduated containers that must be released or raised to find out and display the level (not the best option). The most common, as it is affordable, is a level in the form of an aluminum profile with a liquid level indicator. I, once taking an electronic laser level from a friend, without hesitation bought myself the same one. The device is…

Pros
  • The laser head is suspended and two lasers - one shows the vertical and the other horizontal.
Cons
  • No!

BLACK DECKER very comfortable level: my truthful feedback

Of the usual levels, I could not choose one that showed exactly and bought a laser one. It has been very helpful for my renovations. A bit inconvenient without a tripod, but you can always mount it on the wall. Another inconvenience is that you can’t measure them under the very ceiling and near the floor, but these are purely nit-picking. If you are doing repairs alone, then this level helps out very well. You can not even draw longitudinal and transverse lines, but mount directly along the…

Pros
  • Accurate readings, convenient when doing repairs alone
Cons
  • For me no

Pretty accurate best of line laser

This line laser is very handy. The wall pen is quite small and doesn't leave a big hole in the wall, and it's easy to draw vertical or horizontal planes with it. If you want a specific angle like 45, you need to set 0° with the dial on the wall mount, and from there it's not difficult at all. When the laser draws a faint line, sometimes you need to adjust the mount. but I haven't had many problems with this tool yet. Also the dragonfly will light up when you turn on the laser, which is normal…

Pros
  • 360 degree rotating wall mount projects laser line from any angle
Cons
  • I'll write back later

Gets the job done with some effort

This is a cheap handy tool for me. It helps a lot in hanging photos and shelves. As other reviewers point out, the little nail is annoying and pointless. They all mention that making an extra hole in the wall is stupid. However, I make this hole where I want the first image to be and then mark the remaining spots. Then it's not an extra hole, it's just where I hammered my first nail. What I don't like about it is that it's not strong enough to hold the level in place. I can't hang it on the…

Pros
  • Two extra large lighted bubble levels for maximum accuracy and visibility

  • Not sure

Write directly! good for line lasers

As a friend of a USMC recruit, I write letters every day. That being said, I want my letters to look good, which means I want LIGHT handwriting. This laser helped me a lot! I combine the laser with the lines on a sheet of lined college paper for a convenient guide. The laser then moves the line onto the (no lines) stationary paper I use to write. The laser line is nice and bright, has a really good range and very good battery life. I have used this laser so many times and now my handwriting has

Disappointed! for laser levels and accessories

I had great expectations for this laser level! I bought this to use on a wall I painted with chevron stripes. I wanted all my angles to be the same in all lanes. The laser itself is very bright and easy to see (even in a well-lit room). The problem is that the spirit level itself seems too heavy for the magnetic base. As a result, the level shifts by itself. Maybe the nail needs to be made longer? Another issue is that when using the dial, the base rotates with the level instead of just…

Extremely disappointed - CHEAP

A real disappointment! I have always loved Black & Decker products and have been a very loyal customer of their brand for many years, but this was a really disappointing purchase. The product is very cheap and the materials and workmanship are very poor. The product is made of very cheap plastic and the laser radiation is so weak that it is barely visible. I even tried new sets with brand new batteries but it didn't help at all. I understand it's only $15-16, but if it carries the Black &…

Good unit, terrible flaw

Does the job and is a little cheaper than other options. What I can't figure out is why the nail on the bottom won't come off. I don't always want to put holes in my wall to let the thing spin. Sometimes (most of the time) I just want to get the level reading and spread it evenly across the wall so I can mark it with a pencil. The design of this thing is that you have to unscrew the bottom nail and drive it into the wall. Failure to do this will result in the nail not sitting flush against the…

Cons
  • Negative impression

Leaves a lot to be desired

After putting some pictures on it, there were a few problems with normal use. You can't use it as a laser level without drilling a nail hole in the wall. For comparison, I have another Black and Decker laser that uses a much smaller pin to hang the device. When removing this layer, it pulled twice on the surrounding drywall, leaving an unsightly mark. A tip is to use the laser level hole as a starting point for the first hole you need. The problem is that measuring distances is difficult…
