Easy to use, fast response time when using customer support from India!

Easy to use, fast response time when using customer support from India! We are working with them for about 8 months now (since their inception), they have helped us set up our ERPs system in two different countries - US & Canada; we had some issues setting it all-up initially but I can't say that this has been detrimental at least so far as any user experience or functionality level goes.
