I like that it gives me more time to focus my attention on what needs fixing at work, not worrying about having data issues or slow loading screens which are so common in most competitors products right now! Also being able to have access from anywhere helps out with productivity during busy times as well - no need for office workers (or remote ones) wasting their valuable real estate by sitting there waiting around hoping they don't get fired ;) Really love how easy this software makes working
