DocuWare Review

We've been using DocuWare for over a decade now and are very happy with the software. It's easy to use, and very flexible. Very easy to customize to meet our needs. The only issue I have is that sometimes when I try to upload a document, it says it's too large. I have to reduce the size of the document, and then try again. Not a huge deal. I like that it is easy enough for anyone in my organization, even those without prior knowledge or experience with this software can use them effectively when they are first introduced into our system as part-time users (which we have). The interface could be improved by adding more customization options so you don't feel limited if your business has unique needs/requirements not addressed here. I like that it is easy for me as an employee, because my supervisor can easily access documents without having them in her office or home computer (which we use). Also when you have multiple people working with one project/document at once this program allows us flexibility by being able to work together through different computers which helps keep track easier than if everyone was using their own personal desktop system!
