LightBound Review

The ease in which we can set up new devices for our clients has been very beneficial so far! I don't have any dislikes yet but will update this if/when there are changes that need to be made - like more user friendly features or better training materials (we're still figuring it out!). So many small businesses struggle with setting up their own email solution; they either cannot afford one themselves or do not know how to use them once installed. The customer service has been outstanding throughout our relationship with them! They are always willing to go above & beyond for us by providing additional resources or helping out in any way possible (even when we don't ask). The best thing about lightbound is their customer service! They will go above and beyond to get you what you need. Their support team has been so helpful with getting me up and running with my new server. There are some things that they could do better (like making it easier to find your way around). I like that we can run our entire business off this one email address/system! It's amazing how easy it was to set up all my employees' accounts so they could communicate with each other without having multiple different inboxes or phones everywhere for every employee (for example).
