This software has made my life so much easier.

This software has made my life so much easier. Before this software, every time I had to make a new call I had to use the IVR to get them connected to my extension. Now I can record the entire conversation with my phone (via API) and play back later when I want to listen to it again. It wasnt possible before! My favorite feature is being able to send an email directly from within the application using its own SMTP server instead of having to go through Gmail or Yahoo etc. Also there's no more…

Megacall is a cloud based call center software designed specifically for small businesses.

ive had a lot of experience with call centers and megacall is by far the most user friendly and easiest to use. It has multiple modules which allows you to do anything from simple phone numbers to tracking clients info. And its really easy to setup and get going. With megacall you dont even need to use a real phone number and you can do it on your cell phone if you so wish! Pros
  • Its one of the simplest tools I've used.
  • Has a very nice and intuitive UI.
  • You dont need to be technical to use it, you can do all sorts of complex stuff without needing to know any code or programming language.
Cons
  • There is no clear pricing structure, and it varies between paid accounts (which give you a trial period) and per month fees.
  • If you dont know how to code, you may find it hard to figure out what needs to be done and where to put it.
  • The fact that it requires a telephone line is not ideal.
