I like how easy it is to use, you can add multiple types of media such as video calls, documents etc. It's great for teams who are remote or in different time zones. You can also share files with others which helps when you're working remotely together. The best thing about this tool is its flexibility to be able use it for various purposes, from project management (which I'm using currently), collaboration or even just as an internal social network! There are some minor issues with importing custom fields but other than those everything works perfectly fine - you can't beat free so no complaints here either :) If there's anything in particular which could make my experience better then let me know please because i'd love working together more

I love how easily you can create groups, assign tasks to them or members of those groupings (e-mails etc) as well have it all displayed in one place for quick reference! It's also easy enough with my limited tech knowledge/skillset - so there is no learning curve at least from me :) The fact they are constantly adding new features helps too!!
