It's easy to use, but it can get very technical. The customer service team does help you if needed.

I like that it's easy for customers or potential employees of my business, as well as me personally to use this software without having much technical knowledge required. It can be very confusing at first but once you get used to how things work its really not bad! The customer service team does help out if needed though so don't worry too much about getting stuck in there way back end while trying figure something else out. We are solving our problems by being able to provide better services…

Pros
  • How user friendly everything is from beginning until finish when using Roll App..The ease with which anything one would want done gets handled quickly & easily through their application..Customer support has been excellent all along throughout each phase during implementation within various departments here where they've helped us tremendously every step down thier process..I love them also :) !!!!

Rollapp cloud server perfect application manager

It was simple because is very easy for those who are not computer expert, I do not find anything that dislike it, it works very well, the interface is easy for all users, the software is very safe, it has the best security in the market. The only thing is the time of download is long and sometimes it crashes. if you have a problem solving this, try to use rollApp Cloud Server version, its very fast, secure and reliable. We solved problems related to applications management, we can now manage…

  • Roll app provides us with great solutions at low cost; therefor our costs were reduced as an organisation using them could save money compared to other organisations which they used expensive Software & hardware system instead by providing cloud managed services via remote control (PC or Mobile Phone) without costly setup fees!Rollapp allows me full access into my systems remotely anywhere through laptop/mobile phone even though i am miles
