Useful Tool For Analyzing Customer Feedback

I like that it can be used in combination with any AI platform. It has very good accuracy when we have high quality data, otherwise its not as accurate. This is what i dislike about this tool - sometimes you need to collect more information before getting some insights out of them (e.g., questions asked). We use scopeai for our chatbot which does sentiment analysis. The only thing was missing at first was support but they quickly came up with an implementation plan so everything worked well…

ScopeAI - Can't live without Getresponse!

It's easy for me to use as I am well versed in English, but it is also very intuitive and has many features that can be easily adapted or automated by other users. As mentioned before, I'm not technical so my understanding of how to fully utilize all its benefits may vary greatly. The tool is great at pulling out key points, which makes follow up emails more effective. There are several ways to get around this limitation if needed. This software helps us create more personalized communications…
