The best thing about this software was its ability to connect with our customers in real time without any delay or lag! It also has an excellent customer service team which helped me when I had issues using it for my business needs as well!! Nothing really but if you are looking out there maybe try another platform like Zendesk because they have more features than useresponse does not offer all those extra ones so make sure before going ahead. Perfect solution when dealing with clients

I like how easy it was to set up my account for ticket support with useresponse! It makes customer service very personal by being able to talk directly through their app or website insteadof an email address which can be hard sometimes if you are not techy at all!! The best thing about this product in general would have something do nothing but make me smile (this may sound odd). So far everything has been great so i dont really know what else there could possibly even need improvement upon…
