Thecoin is both a cryptocurrency exchange company and also a mining pool. They used to mine currencies like Acoin, ASC, ONC, CSC, DGB etc. They recently run into massive security breach which has claimed lots of coin from their servers.
As a result of this, their website is offline. Miners and people holding asset on their database has been advised to submit claims for their lost asset so that the company could refund to their balances.
It is noteworthy to though to that the company used to have several servers in different locations before now. Infact they had different server for each of the coins they mine. Other pool mining companies will learn from this as the rate of internet aand cyber fraud is increasing at an alarming rate. Once a company security is beached, it will be difficult to win to the customers trust again.
It also noteworthy that they used to mine at zero extraction fee.

The company use to have several servers in different location before now. They have different servers for each of the coin they mine. Other pool mining company should learn from this theCoin platform so as to reduce the rate of fraud on internet and cyber.
