The project is based on its own AXEL blockchain with master nodes technology, it has its own AXEL utility token which is used to finance data transfer transactions, for them people interested in participating in the project bet on the token and actively participate in the network, they will have profit for it. Not only do they contribute by blocking and maintaining the Axel token, they also use their computer to set up a virtual machine, which is used as a node in the network.
