So quite recently, I stumbled across this project called Cappasity a cloud based platform that allows users to create 3D, AR, VR online stores with special technology to provide better shopping experience for your customers. At once I liked the idea behind the project because I am naturally attracted to the application of new and exciting technology. I like to see how well a project works when it is technically applied.
So basically what Cappasity does is it offers business owners the opportunity to improve their sales or conversion by implementing the use of 3D product images on their websites to attract consumers. Cappasity promises that you can make use of the their platform and the tools they have provided, to create 3D view content in as little as 3 minutes. It is perfectly optimized to work on all types of browsers and devices.
The process is fast, easy and scalable. By scalable I mean that you don’t necessarily need sophisticated instruments to be able to get your pictures. A digital camera would do the work. The rest of the process is mostly automatic and is taken care of by the platform. By making use of Augmented Reality (AR) the gap between the digital space and reality has been closed up.
I got the chance to do a little bit of exploring on the website and I found really nice prototypes or examples of AR and hologram technology. So far it is one of the best platforms I have ever come across and I will definitely make use of it if I ever need to.
The platform has a native cryptocurrency Cappasity (CAPP) which operates on the Ethereum platform and this crypto is available on KucCoin which is one of the most active markets trading it. There is a supply of 663,271,024.72 coin currently. The price is low so I wouldn’t advise that you see these tokens as an investment opportunity. It functions basically as a utility token.
