When you purchase a coin through crypto.com you pay a little more then the other markets are showing which is not that big of a deal. When you go to sell your coin they will give you A LOT less then the current market that they are showing. You don't have to read their response, you can see it for yourself. Go buy a coin through crypto.com and then see what they are showing your current account balance is and what your coin is worth (all good), then go sell it and see what they give you on the sale. It's bad, REAL BAD. I can't believe people put up with this unless they are just buying coins with them and are not selling to see the bad news. The tricky thing they do is to show your balance based on market value of the coin, they would not dare show you the actual balance of your account if you were to sell. STAY AWAY, if you can't resist go buy a cheap coin with them and then sell it, you will see. There response to me was "You can buy a coin from us at the exact price we show as market value, but when you sell your coin, we will give you what ever we decide. If you don't like it, go sell on another exchange".
