Open-source interactive virtual reality platform.
The platform looks like a video game is waiting to happen but it's much more sophisticated. Of course it makes it interesting that it can be experienced in 3D, but more than that, it is virtually a way to buy land while keeping its immutable record on the blockchain.

Pros
- It operates on a universal blockchain, creating a virtual world all built using the platform accessible worldwide. It uses blockchain to ensure that all users of any land purchased on the platform are fully owned. It gives users complete control over all content related to the aforementioned land.
- Each plot of land purchased on the platform is represented by a complex digital asset maintained using an Ethereum smart contract, and the purchase records are permanently stored on the Ethereum blockchain.
Cons
- It certainly has a long way to go to compete with established platforms but blockchain is gaining such trust, so does its application.
