I disagree - the "Public Relations" for Mazacoin involves treating the community with contempt while they make grandiose statements about their importance. There isn't much the community can do while the developers maintain this attitude, they may address this faux pas, they may make meaningful connections elsewhere, but this isn't the issue.

Your maths is flawed, why are you measuring against dollars when you should be comparing to BTC. The $ price of Maza depends almost exclusively on the BTC price.
Pros
- Sure will be interesting to see where this coin goes. Weather it makes it or it don't make it but I highly doubt the native Indians will adopt crypto currencies to use in their native lives to buy or use for services or daily life. I don't think we have seen any cryptocurrency 'succeed' at all yet. One can gain acceptance and use regardless of community sentiment though, and that can still happen for Mazacoin. Let's be frank, all it would take to get people here back on board is a steadily rising price or just one Native American gaming operation integrating Mazacoin and introducing new people to cryptos that way. I'm saying it will be very difficult to launch another crypto with a similar focus and trying to engage people on this site with the concept, regardless of what kind of new promises you try and bring to the table. Personally I would ignore ANY new cryptos launching right now, but Mazacoin can still have a revival and for better or worse, lots of people already know about it.

I imagine there will soon be a hat passed around collecting coins to buy a barrel of tar and some goose feathers, to give to you as a gift for your ideas. I wish I could "Like" this. My involvement has been announced from the official twitter and AP has updated the website to make mention of it. I am working on getting goals together and some sort of timeline if we can get one together. I'm still just coming into the project from the dev side (even though I've been around the project from launch) and I'm trying to come into it quickly and get things put together so we will have something to show for the coin and fix anything that may need to be fixed. Hopefully I'll have some news within the next few days.
