Until the day they drop dead, every project in crypto is worth considering and learning more about. Check out OmiseGo, do your own research, and OMISEGOBEGREAT.

Pros

OmiseGo (OMG) - built on ETH, not BTC. Diversity will be key here, as it is in other arenas. When BTC shuffles or slumps, all the BTC shaped things (they call them BTC like channels) behave the same way. I must do more research to see if ETH shaped things ( they call them ETH like channels) like OMG do also, but I do not have enough data at this time. Conceptually they want to be one of the players that helps decentralize things by centralizing some of them with this project.

Cons

Lazy writes would call this project a copycat / clone / perjorative du jour. While this project does pass all the smell tests ( technical writing within white paper, minimally developed online presence, etc) I could not read the white paper without the name of the product in it and know I was reading about this particular product. See? I was lazy but typed a bunch anyway.
