Description of 🛠️ HORUSDY Handy Bearing Packer Tool for Wheel Bearings - Efficient Bearing Packer Solution

Quickly Flushes Out Old Grease and Repacks Bearings with Less Mess. Self-contained bearing packer saves time and can be used anywhere. The grease stays in the tool cavity, not on your hands. To pack a bearing, place the bearing on the piston. The Handy Packer works on bearings up to 3 1/2" O.D. Press down on the cap until the old grease is forced out and the new grease shows on top of the bearing.

works great - Tools & Equipment

saw this used in car restoration and had to have it, the price was great and the product worked as shown in the video. No more manual packaging.

Cons
  • Modern

It also takes time to get used to

Liked that it was the right amount of lube, just wish it came with the right instructions. After a little research on the internet I came across a tutorial and found the product very useful. I recommend this product.

Pros
  • Nice touch
Cons
  • Requires outlet

Much easier than the hand fill method, but Zerk adjustment is useless

Great for repacking bearings of different sizes, but be aware that the Zerk adjustment is almost useless for pumping grease. In fact, it just squeezes into plastic because there's nothing to screw in. It is best to simply fill it with a tube of lubricant. Aside from requiring a bit of work with MacGuyver, it works great!

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • New competition is here

Great for sealing bearings

I'm from a very old school where we put grease on the palm area and then take bearings and scrape them down and over the lubricated areas until they're filled with grease all the way around both Pages. That makes it a lot easier. Fill the bottom with enough grease to coat the bearings, place the new or old bearing on top of the grease and push the piston down. Take it out and flip it over and repeat. Easy to fill bearings. Too bad I didn't have that earlier when we were filling camp.

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Fine

Works as expected - Bearing puller

I had no experience with rear wheel bearings before but watched YouTube videos about the traditional manual method. do and decided I didn't want to try it. Someone mentioned a bearing seal and had one of those. This worked exactly as expected. It was initially difficult to remove the white plunger for first use, but I eventually removed it to fit the lube inside. The spring below eventually came loose from the plunger (not sure if that's normal) and I haven't tried putting it back on yet, but…

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Really don't like it, everything is fine
