I would like to start by saying that I am very satisfied with the product but with some reservations.1. You will (probably) drill at least 4 holes in the generator chassis using 1" round tubing as several generator sets, if any, come pre-drilled to mount the rear axle (for the wheels). Tip: Use a step drill bit as this works great to drill a pilot hole in a round tube frame, then use a standard appropriate size drill bit to drill your final holes.I won't cite the size I used as the hardware you provided may be different Size than mine 2. Also plan on buying 4 U-bolts to better secure the handlebar to the generator frame The equipment provided is sloppy at best as it is a one size fits all approach The U-bolts I purchased were from Lowe's and were 1.125" wide x 3.5" long for my 1" tube frame. It was perfect for my frame and gave me a "factory look" setup. Available locally for approximately $1.65 each. at Lowe.3. I recommend strengthening your rig further by adding some JB Weld between your newly installed grips and the generator frame and adding some threadlock to each nut used in your rig kit. Why? Generators vibrate heavily. By using a thread lock everything stays secure even after a lot of use. Overall I would give it 5 stars if I didn't have to add so many DIY accents for installation so I'm only giving it 4 stars instead. I would happily buy it again, but for me this kit should only be bought by people with some level of manual dexterity, otherwise I see quite a disappointment. I read the reviews beforehand so I know what I'm buying. Robust construction and overall quality.
