Bought this item 'used' for a Lifan 3750 generator. Arrived quickly and as advertised with light scratches. However, a part was missing (could have been improvised with some scrap metal) and the screws were too long (bought shorter ones at the local hardware store). I also had to drill a hole to mount one of the brackets. Despite these problems, everything works fine after installation.

This wheelset was obviously designed to be one size fits all as the axle was at least 2-4 inches longer than my Lifan model required. . However, once it's installed it works well, although it's a few inches wider it's still a lot better than trying to slide a 100lb generator across the property. Delivery was much quicker than expected and customer service was excellent.

This kit is a joke! Far from "universal" because the axle is a bit short on many generators, including mine, and I wasn't allowed to return it due to the tight return deadlines. I bought ten of these kits and installed them on two different sized generators, 3000 and 6000 watts. I had to drill the bottom of the generators and make mounting plates for the axles but it turned out great. The grips had to be modified slightly when the bottom support came in contact with the tube on 6000 watt generators, but it was easy. The nuts on the axles bind the bearings on the wheels so I went to my local hardware store and bought locking nuts to fix this problem. The biggest problem

I would like to start by saying that I am very satisfied with the product but with some reservations.1. You will (probably) drill at least 4 holes in the generator chassis using 1" round tubing as several generator sets, if any, come pre-drilled to mount the rear axle (for the wheels). Tip: Use a step drill bit as this works great to drill a pilot hole in a round tube frame, then use a standard appropriate size drill bit to drill your final holes.I won't cite the size I used as the hardware you
