Non-folding output table issue solved by simply bolting a 35 x 60 x 125mm block of wood black metal frame underneath the dust outlet. The front is cut to length at a 77 degree angle, with the shortest side being 20mm wide, allowing the tray to fold flat against it, avoiding the power cord. Install a 10mm rare earth magnet in the center of the block and the output tray is now held. firmly lifted and out of place without touching the power cord. It's amazing why Dewalt never added this simple bracket to the trays and pre-drilled threaded holes for the 2 mounting screws - simple and straightforward.
