Originally I gave this a lower rating; however, after contacting the seller I have raised the rating. The customer service was fantastic & they sent a replacement right away. Fingers crossed the replacement lasts b/c my kitties love the ambush feather.Older review…I’m so glad I waited to do a review. This would be great except for the fact that the ambush feather stopped working completely in less than 1 month. My kittens loved that part & keep going up to it to see if it’ll work. So disappointing.
