Cool product, happy with the purchase, maybe Ill buy it again.

Many people have written that there are no assembly instructions included in the package, but I can assure you that there are (there was a white paper included in the box), and if there aren't, then you should probably look elsewhere. This chair's location on the website provides the same instructions as before.
During the process of assembly, there were not a single issue to be found. I took my time and installed it carefully, and it took me about an hour and a half to finish. There were sufficient screws, even though there were only eight pieces of washers and twice as few screws. In general, to the best of my knowledge, they had to be utilized in locations where there were wide holes. Since I did exactly that, it just so happens that there are eight wide holes and eight washers.

Pros

great chair, the seat is soft, and the wheels are rubberized so that there is hardly no noise made when you roll it across the floor. a back that can be lowered, so you don't need a sofa because you can just sit on the floor. It's wonderful that the screws have a hex head rather than a Phillips head, which is another advantage of this kit; also, there was a hexagon included in the package.

Cons

I have not been able to locate it yet; this is only the first day I have used it. If I am able to locate it, I will post a review; nevertheless, the chair is quite hefty at 22 kilograms.
